Customers”) as well as dealers or integrators (“Dealers”) who resell our products to end

 We may use your location to provided location dependent features, including but not

limited to temperature, humidity , weather.

 This app is developed to work with various Third Party Products, whereas if there is any

malfunction in the operation of the said Third Part product due to control or configuration

through this app, 11 IoT & Cloud Technologies Private Limited will not be responsible.

 Product registration and user registration are the mandatory processes to provide proper

services to the user of this app, through this process we grab and store users personal

information like (Name, Address, Mobile No and email-id) in our database, 11 IoT &

Cloud Technologies Private reserves all rights to share this information with their

customers so that they can provide better services for products and it's users.

 The app is developed with great care but most of its operation depends upon connectivity

(WiFi, Internet) which is outside the scope of the app's framework.

Governing Jurisdiction

All the above matters are solely governed by the laws of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
